Your portfolio is a product. Treat it like one.
1Problem-First Thinking
Start with a messy, real-world problem. Avoid starting with the feature. Show how you narrowed down the scope and identified the root cause of the user's pain.
2Showing the Trade-offs
Great PMs make hard choices. Document the ideas you *didn't* build and why. This shows strategic depth and the ability to say 'No' to protect the roadmap.
3Visualizing Impact
Use charts and quotes. Instead of 'We improved retention', say 'We increased D30 retention by 12% across the pilot cohort'. Specificity builds credibility.
